On September 20, the Feixinda 31-day drone repair elite class officially opened at Longxing Airport Industrial Park, Yubei, Chongqing. Trainees from across southwest China — complete beginners and shop owners alike — share one goal: to independently quote, repair and deliver within 31 days.
Why 31 days
The industry lacks engineers who can truly rescue a water-damaged or crashed drone. Manufacturer service is slow and out-of-warranty quotes are high. Feixinda built this course to turn a beginner into a technician who can face customers alone in one month.
Curriculum: theory first, practice dominant
- Day 1–7 (Theory): airframe and aerodynamics, flight controller / ESC / video link, battery management, fault classification and repair-order standards;
- Day 8–21 (Hands-on): full teardown, motor and gimbal replacement, board-level work — chip re-balling, board transplant, font-chip read/write, trace and pad repair, fisheye vision calibration, lens core replacement, battery cell replacement and capacity upgrade;
- Day 22–30 (Mentoring): real repair orders from the Feixinda service center, end to end;
- Day 31 (Assessment): full-process assessment including repair quality, used-drone trading and earnings target.
Small-class theory plus an individual workbench for every trainee
Real orders, not mock exercises
Trainees work on real crashed, soaked and gimbal-faulty drones. Every repair must pass the mentor's test flight before handover, so graduates leave with dozens of completed repair records.
After graduation
Three paths: job placement through partner shops, co-branded store setup with site selection and parts supply, or returning home to take orders backed by Feixinda remote support and direct parts supply.
